It gives the traveler the opportunity to take to his destiny the memory of one the most charismatic cultural goods of Portugal: the Tapestries from Portalegre.

To show Portalegre tapestries at Lisbon Airport is to make known a work that brings together an ancient art and the creativity of some of the most renowned contemporary artists, which takes place in a small town in Alentejo, Portugal.

About the Program:
The implementation of a program that shows several areas of Portuguese Cultural and Creative industries arises as a response to a need much felt by the passengers as came forward in the satisfaction questionnaires, where it was mentioned that this aspect was missing at the Portuguese airports.
The program will be boosted from September to March in different areas of the Lisbon airport. Public areas - Arrival and Departure Halls and restricted areas – Departure/Transit Lounges, and Arrivals.
