Carlos Carreiro

Carlos Carreiro was born in the island of Ponta Delgada, Azores, in 1946. He studied Painting at the the School of Fine Arts of Oporto, where he later lectured. His first individual exhibition took place in 1967. In 1972, he founded the “Grupo Puzzle”. His collaboration with Portalegre’s Tapestry began in 2010.
